The weather here has been absolutely gorgeous the past couple of days. We were certainly ready for the heat to go away, and we have enjoyed the pleasant temperatures. In addition, because this week is a holiday, we don't have any English classes. So, we have been able to get out and enjoy the weather.

This past weekend, some new friends took us to a place in our city that we had not been. Their daughter (who is just over a year old) is pictured with Isaac and Autumn above.

And, here we are riding the ride with her and her mommy. The place we visited was a small amusement park for children. It also had a cable car lift to the top of a small mountain. Since it was unusually clear, we rode up and were rewarded with a wonderful view of the city. Afterwards, we went to eat together and they introduced us to some more dishes (nothing overly exotic though).

Pictured here is our landlord's son (on the right) and his friend who we help with English once a week. They are certainly characters. Since we know you can't tell the landlord, we'll let you in on a little secret. Sometimes, we give them some short breaks to just play with our children. They have so much pressure on them with their education, we feel like some brevity will do them good. :)

And, lastly, another picture of Autumn looking like a little Chinese girl. One of our friends bought here this outfit for her birthday, and she really likes it. I think the blonde hair and blue eyes give it away, but all of the people here get a big kick out of it. And, of course, Autumn eats it up.
We love you all!

I love the little outfit! So cute. I'm glad you gives those boys some free time too! Is Joel growing a stash? It kinda looks like it in one of the pics!
