Back to School

This was the first full week back to school here. Isaac has really enjoyed seeing his teachers and friends at school again. Autumn has really enjoyed seeing her big brother come home from school again. :) Also, the university students have returned, so we have been able to see some of our old friends again.

The weather has also started to feel much less summer-like. In fact, next week is a festival here called "Mid-Autumn Festival" so apparently summer is long gone. I wouldn't say the temperatures have been that comfortable, but it has certainly been cooler.

We had some more friends over this last week. These are some of Joel's English students. Teacher's Day is September 10 here, so they treated our family to a meal at a very nice restaurant. We had a really good time, and of course, they really enjoyed getting to play with the kids.

We are short on pictures this week because our rechargeable batteries for our camera seem to be nearly worthless. And, it is hard to find good rechargeable batteries here. So, we didn't get to take very many pictures. However, we will have some more next week to show you what "Mid-Autumn Festival" is like.
